In every competition there is a lesson learned to prepare you for the next level. Sometimes you get the results you want and other times you don’t.. It’s all part of competing. Today I didn’t make it into the women’s final, which was one of my main goals. Tomorrow is a new day and I have no regrets of what I did today. Onward and upward.
